Russian mining tycoon Rybolovlev, who led a consortium to take over Monaco while the club was in Ligue 2, is to part with about £2.6b along with a number of estate including a property worth £86m.

The divorce, for which proceedings began in 2008, is reportedly going to have the largest settlement in history.

Tiger Woods had parted with about $700m when he divorced his wife Elin Nordegren in 2010 while Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich lost $300m in his divorce with Irina Abramovich.
