Barely twenty four hours after the All Progressives Congress , APC suspended Senator Shehu Sani , the crises rocking the party in the state has continued to deepen with  the former APC Deputy Chairman and new factional  Chairman , Alhaji Shuaibu Danladi Wada accusing the current APC  chairman,Alhaji Shuaibu Idris as an impostor.

Wada who blamed the division of the party in the state on influence from some forces within Government House, said impunity in Kaduna APC must stop and allow the legitimate elected officials  to discharge  their statutory functions as the state executives.

The factional Chairman who disclosed this in a press statement made available to our correspondent today , said dumping the Deputy Chairman and elevating  a mere  floor member to status of acting chairman after the former Chairman Bala Bantex became Deputy Governor is illegal and unacceptable.

According to Wada, instead of  being allowed as the  Deputy Chairman of the party to take over in acting capacity before a proper election is conducted , he was abandoned .

“What we are having as APC in Kaduna is a Kangaroo ,rubber stamp and an appendage of state government.” He stated.

Wada urged  Idris to stop parading himself as the acting APC Chairman as it is illegal and fraudulent.

Wada noted that Shuaibu Idris as “the current APC Chairman” in the state  does not have access to the financial transactions of the party.

“We therefore call on Sterling Bank to stop any transaction on behalf of the party .Such act is a gross violation of the party constitution, ” he said .

He however, tasked the media to clarify claims from the national Secretariat and INEC who won the party chairmanship election held June , 2014.

Recently another faction of APC in Kaduna emerged under umbrella of True Kaduna APC.
