Here is the preliminary information you need to know about the crucial match between Nigeria’s Super Eagles B and Tunisia ‘ s Carthage Eagles in the African Nations Championship in Kigali, Rwanda.

Nigeria needs to win this match to qualify for the quarter finals. Tunisia, champions in 2012 also want to win to stay in contention for qualification, having drawn their first game against Guinea, 2-2. To show it means business, Nigeria has thrown Chisom Elvis Chikatara, the man who banged three goals against Niger, on the attack, from the blow of the whistle.

The game starts on the stroke of 2 pm Nigerian time.
6 minutes after, no decisive break either side yet. Still all square.

7.20: Tunisia break to the goal from left ruled office.
8.11 Nigerian player fouled. Free kick intercepted.
9.00 Nigerian throw – in . Another Nigerian player fouled. Free kick from the right corner.
Free kick menacingly taken. But Tunisia defence blocks a resulting shot from the left.
12.00 Nigerian corner. Again thwarted.
13.00 Tunisia in counter attack. Shot attempted at Nigerian 18 yard box. Blocked by defender.
A minute later. Tunisia on another attack, but goalkeeper blocked the shot into play. But Nigerian defender pushes it to corner.

The first 5 minutes here show the Tunisians again a better coordinated team.

51.30 Nigeria scores. It’s Chikatara again. Nigeria lashes on a defensive error. One Two game. Ball passed to Chikatara. He did a clinical finish. GOAL NUMBER FOUR FOR Chikatara.

54.00 Tunisia makes a substitution. Jersey 18 goes out for number 8.
57.00. Nigeria now appear to have kept proceedings under control. Tunisia breaks out from the right, but move checked.

59.00 Nigeria number 4 Usman injured. But he is up again.
60.00 The Tunisians keep pressing. But no show.

61.00 EZENWA sends goal kick straight to Chikatara. But he played it wide.

62.30. TUNISIA chance. Again no show.

63.00 Tunisia make another substitution. HICHEM comes in.

Almost 80 minutes, Nigeria also makes a substituion.

81.00. It is the Tunisians still attacking Nigeria.

82.00 a Nigerian response but number 12 foray into box was thwarted.

83.32. ORJI fouls a Tunisia player. It’s going to be a free kick. But 4 Tunisians caught offside.

Almost 85 minutes gone. Still 1-1.

89.00 Another Tunisia goal, almost.But EZENWA parries to corner.

Full time spent now. Three minutes extra time added. One minute already gone. Seems like the two teams have settled for a share of the points.
Nigeria in last minute effort to change the script. A cross from the right headed out by Tunisia defender. Tunisia keeper down.
TIME is spent. Nigeria comes with a throw in. Moments after, Referee BONDO ends the game.

And so Nigeria will need to beat Guinea in the next match or at least get a draw to Move into the quarter finals. TUNISIA Too with 2 points in two games need an outright victory against Niger to move on.
