Defending Champion Arsenal scraped through to the Round of 16 in the English FA Cup after beating Burnley 2-1 at the Emirates Stadium.

Calum Chambers opened scoring for Arsenal on 19th minute, but Burnley headed home the  equaliser 11 minutes after, in a match that the Burnley attack constantly threatened Arsenal defence and in which striker  Olivier Giroud was virtually tamed.

Arsenal netted the second goal on 8 minutes after the resumption of the second half, thanks to Alexis Sanchez, who constantly harassed the Burnley defence until he was substituted  in the 78th minute for Theo Walcott. Alex Iwobi also played well in the Arsenal midfield today.
