Governor Seriake Dickson has approved the appointment of a new Secretary to the Government of Bayelsa State.

He is Chief David Serena Dokubo-Spiff, a lawyer.

Chief Serena Dokubo-Spiff, who was until his new appointment, the Acting Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP in Bayelsa State, is also the Amadabo of Ada-Ama, Twon-Brass in Brass Local Government Area.

A statement by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor of Bayelsa State, Daniel Iworiso-Markson says, the new SSG, Bayelsa State will be sworn-in at noon on Tuesday, March 1,2016 at the Executive Council Chambers of Government House, Yenagoa.
