Rivers State Governor Nyesom Ezenwo Wike turned the flag off of road projects in Obio/Akporehe council into a campaign platform today, vowing not to allow any quarters for the opposition All Progressives Congress in the rerun elections on 19 March.

He declared that Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, is winning all rerun elections across Nigeria because the people have realised that the party is the only hope for the country.

The governor also called on Rivers people to defend their votes in order to stop the APC from using security agencies to rig the polls.
