Governor Yahaya Bello and his twins

Hajia Hafi Bello,  wife of Kogi state governor,has given birth to twin boys at a private hospital in Abuja.

The babies were delivered on Friday 4 March, 2016.

Special Adviser to the Governor on Media and Strategy, Mr. Abdulkarim Abdulmalik, ‎said the children and their mother are in good health.

The statement further stated that the governor received the news with joy.

Bello who set a record as the first governor to be sworn in Nigeria, without a deputy, has also logged a record as  first Kogi state governor to be blessed with twin babies while in office.
