my brother, he who comes to equity must come with clean hands.
Your call of what is happening “Madness” is equally a “Mad” submission because it is akin to “kettle call pot black”. you are not fair at all, rather you are full of bias.

The constitution guarantees the removed Gov the right of appeal and also the right to his sit until the Appeal is determined. So why the conspiracy to bundle him out in a hurry. – remember INEC’s excuse is that they did not receive his appeal notice while his lawyers are parading and INEC acknowledged copy. This is Fishy ’cause there was no need for the haste in execution . As long as the facts the court based the judgement upon are valid – the Gov must go at some point.

I am no supporter of the Gov, neither do i like their style because they have held abia hostage for long but the truth must be told.

I dont even see any respite in Uche ogah himself because to some extent he is also part of the T.A Orji gang, only that he is not career politician.

Madness in Abia state , how can that Ahuchigu or whatever issue an injunction restraining people from obeying an order of a federal high court .
It is only a stay of execution of judgement that can save the embattled governor . The stay which can only be ordered by the trial court that gave the judgement or the court of Appeal . Impunity upon impunity imagine one Osisioma high court advocating disobedience to the order of his brother judge. Ahuchogu now sits in Appeal over a judgement given by an ABUJA federal high court . It is only in Abia that these things can happen.
You don’t want to obey the order of the federal high court which was first in time but you expect the chief judge to obey that moneyed injunction . Shame to you people .
