Latest report by Daily Trust indicates that the General Overseer of the Living Faith Church Worldwide, Bishop David Oyedepo; Bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Sokoto, Bishop Matthew Hassan Kukah and Kaduna-based Islamic scholar, Ahmad Gumi have joined the ongoing closed-door meeting between a former President Olusegun Obasanjo and the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Atiku Abubakar.

Atiku and the leaders of the opposition party had earlier arrived for the meeting with former President, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo.

The meeting is holding at the Presidential Library (OOPL), Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta is believed to be part of the move by the opposition party to galvanise support for its presidential candidate.

Reports indicate that Atiku who was accompanied by the National Chairman of PDP, Uche Secondus arrived at the meeting with Obasanjo around 1 pm.

Also on the entourage of the former vice president are former Governors of Ogun and Cross River States, Gbenga Daniel and Liyel Imoke, Senator Ben Bruce among others.
