Breaking News: Buhari’s ministerial list reaches Senate at last

President Muhammadu Buhari has honoured his pledge to make his ministerial list available to the Senate today.

A tweet by Senate President, Bukola Saraki, confirming the receipt of the President’s letter has gone viral.

The letter was delivered to Saraki at 5.30 pm today.

It was delivered by Chief of Staff, Malam Abba Kyari and Senator Ita Enang, the senior special assistant on National Assembly matters to President Buhari.

Nigerians had waited since morning for the list. And when the Senate president did not read it during the plenary of the Senate this morning, there were fears that the president would not honour his pledge.
