Dr Emmanuel Ibe Kachikwu, who wears two hats in Nigeria as the minister of state for petroleum and as the Group MD for NNPC has been in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates since Monday to attend the Gulf Intelligence UAE Energy Forum of 2016. Here are some moments on the sideline of the conference
