Former President of Ghana, John Mahama arrives for Lagos Tourism Summit

Mr John Mahama,former President of Republic of Ghana, Mr Maxwell Awiaga, Ghana Consul General, Lagos, Mr Steve Ayorinde, Commissioner for Tourism, Arts and Culture and Mr Fola Adeyemi, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Tourism

The former President of the Republic of Ghana, Mr John Mahama arrives today for the Lagos State Tourism Summit. The Summit is scheduled to hold tomorow, ‪Monday 16th April‬ at Eko Hotel and Suites.

Former President Mahama, who is the Special Guest of Honour, will deliver a keynote address and share experiences on tourism development and long term planning instruments among other issues.

The former President was received at the Presidential wing of the Murtala Mohammed International Airport, Ikeja by a team of Lagos State Government officials led by Mr Steve Ayorinde, the Commissioner for Tourism, Arts and Culture. Also at the airport to welcome Mr Mahama are; Mr Fola Adeyemi, the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry, Mr Maxwell Awiaga, Consul General, Ghana Consulate, Lagos, Chief Dele Momodu, Publisher and CEO Ovation International.
